The property is located in a spectacular position overlooking the Menai Strait and set in a private rural location on the outskirts Llanfairpwll. The property had been used as an outward bound centre for many years and planning consent was obtained to convert the premises into self-contained flats.

The building work provided for the complete refurbishment of the building. In addition a new ground floor extension was added together with an extension to the main section of the property to add floor area. The building work also included substantial ground works comprising new driveway walls and parking areas.

The old building was converted into four self-contained flats. One of the flats was on two stories whilst the second and third flats were horizontal divisions and the fourth flat was constructed from a new extension. In order to take advantage of the substantial views the building work included the construction of external balconies and patio areas.

The construction work also included the provision of soundproofing in the main building, the provision of a new kitchens and bathrooms. The entire building works were substantial and provided five flats with a high spec set specification finish.
