Jay Kay House, Ickenham

This building contract was to convert a large office block into four luxury flats in Ickenham, West London.

This included the total overhaul of the block including rewiring and re-plumbing .Oak floors were laid in the kitchens and the building contract provided for the fitting of high specification bathrooms and kitchens. Outside we completed all the hard and soft landscaping to complete the contract.
