Abergwyngregyn

We secured this contract against considerable competition and won the construction contract because of our expertise in being able to work sympathetically to complete on time and on budget a building contract. Our expertise of working with in the boundaries of the national park contributed to the successful completion of this building contract.

The contract provided for the construction of a large extension to the side of a bungalow in a beautiful location at Abergwyngregyn. The extension provided for an additional lounge and bedroom on the first floor. The construction work was challenging because of the proximity of the property to a river presenting specific challenges for the construction work.

We had to work to strict planning and environmental guidelines and during the construction work we liaised closely with the customers and the supervising architects to deliver the project on time and to meet all the customers expectations.
